Returns & Refund Policy

We hope you love your MASYRA purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused and in their original condition, with all original tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, damage, stains, perfume, make-up or other signs of use cannot be accepted.

How to return your order
To request a return, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with a return label by email.

Return costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of the return label will therefore be borne by the customer.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Incorrect or damaged items
If you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order so we can assist you.
