Welcome to MASYRA. By visiting our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our website or placing an order.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all visitors, customers and users of the MASYRA website. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our applicable policies.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms when necessary. The version published on our website at the time of your order will apply to your purchase.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen or device.

Product availability may change at any time. Some MASYRA collections are available in limited quantities.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in euros (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods available during checkout. An order is only considered confirmed once the payment has been successfully processed and you have received an order confirmation.

4. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Please ensure that your contact and delivery information is correct before completing your purchase.

If incorrect information is provided, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.

MASYRA reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or unavailable stock. If an order is cancelled after payment, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 16:00 are processed as quickly as possible.

Estimated delivery times are:

Netherlands & Belgium: next business day where applicable
Belgium & Germany: 1–2 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, such as delays with the shipping carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Customers have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Items must meet the return conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

A return label can be requested by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MASYRA website, including the MASYRA name, logo, photographs, graphics, designs and written content, is owned by or licensed to MASYRA unless stated otherwise.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

8. Liability

MASYRA is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use of our website or delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits any consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
